MISSION & PROGRAMMING

Barn Brothers Wrestling builds tough, disciplined athletes through a room that’s open, demanding, and rooted in Long Island’s elite wrestling tradition. Our mission is to develop wrestlers who understand pace, position, and effort — the three pillars that drive success from youth levels through college.

We offer training for Youth (K–8th), High School (9–12th), and an Elite group for athletes pursuing college wrestling and postseason goals. Every practice follows a challenge-by-choice model: members can train in any session, and movement between groups is earned through consistency, attitude, and work. The room stays open, and the standard stays high.

Barn Brothers gives wrestlers of all ages a pathway to grow, compete, and elevate — from athletes learning the fundamentals to high-school standouts preparing for the next level.

Kindergarten - 8th Grade

Our Youth program builds strong fundamentals, confidence, and discipline through high-energy sessions designed for developing wrestlers. Athletes learn essential positions, movement, and body control while training in a positive, structured environment that prepares them for future success on the mat.

HIGH SCHOOL

Our High School program pushes JV and Varsity wrestlers to refine technique, develop match strategies, and learn how to train with intensity. Our practices focus on pace, position, and disciplined repetition to prepare wrestlers for duals, tournaments, and postseason goals.. This is where athletes sharpen their edge, elevate performance, and build the foundation for collegiate opportunities.

ELITE

The Elite program is built for athletes pursuing college wrestling and high-level postseason goals. Training emphasizes advanced technique, high-pace drilling, and tough live sessions designed to mirror collegiate intensity. Wrestlers in this group focus on refining skills, building mat IQ, and preparing for the demands of regional, state, and national competition.
