I understand and acknowledge that wrestling, training, practices, clinics, camps, strength training, conditioning, and all related activities involve inherent physical risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, skin infections, communicable diseases, emotional stress, or in rare cases, permanent disability or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Medical Authorization

In the event of injury or illness, I authorize B2 Wrestling Corp / Barn Brothers Wrestling Club coaches, staff, volunteers, or representatives to secure medical treatment deemed necessary, including emergency medical care or transportation. I accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred.

I certify that the participant is in good physical condition and has valid medical insurance. I agree to update the club regarding any medical changes.

Release of Liability

In consideration of the participant’s involvement, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless: B2 Wrestling Corp, Barn Brothers Wrestling Club, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, landlords, facility operators, sponsors, insurance providers, USA Wrestling, and all affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from participation, including those caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the released parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all parties listed above from any claims, demands, damages, attorney fees, or expenses that result from or relate to the participant’s involvement in Barn Brothers Wrestling Club activities. Minor Participation (If Applicable) As the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, I understand the nature of the activity and believe the participant is qualified to participate. I assume all risks on their behalf and agree to the full terms of this waiver. I further acknowledge that the minor may be removed from the program for disorderly behavior, safety violations, or failure to follow instructions from club staff or Town of Babylon personnel.

Adult Participation (If Participant Is 18 or Older)

I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation. I agree to follow all rules, policies, and instructions provided by Barn Brothers Wrestling Club. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program and/or loss of participation privileges in future programs or facility use. Photo / Video Release: I grant permission for B2 Wrestling Corp / Barn Brothers Wrestling Club to record, photograph, or otherwise capture the participant during activities. I authorize the use of these images for promotional, educational, or social media purposes without compensation. (If you do not consent, please notify staff in writing.)

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms in this waiver. I acknowledge that this release is binding upon me, my child (if applicable), and our respective heirs, executors, and assigns.
